We envision a world where education adapts to the child, not the other way around — where learning is engaging, flexible, and prepares students to be impactful community members, employees, entrepreneurs, and individuals living with strong values.
Why We Started ParagonED
ParagonED was born from a parent’s frustration with the traditional education system. Like many families today, we found ourselves asking: Why should our children’s education be confined to rigid schedules that don’t account for their unique talents, interests, and family priorities?
The spark came when our founder, Chase Eskelsen, watched his own children struggle to balance their passion for hockey with their education. Traditional schools couldn’t flex when tournaments required travel. Talented young athletes were forced to choose between their dreams and their learning.
We have met families with unique circumstances everywhere: parents who require flexibility for travel, business owners seeking real-world classroom experiences, and performance artists whose schedules didn’t fit the 8 AM to 3 PM mold.
Meet Our Educational Leadership Team
Chase Eskelsen, Founder
Chase Eskelsen brings almost 20 years of experience working with students and in education. His journey through school administration, academic policy, government affairs, and as Chief Operating Officer of an education nonprofit led him to one clear conclusion: traditional education was failing too many amazing kids.
Chase made the bold decision to create the school he wished existed for his own children. ParagonED isn’t just his professional endeavor, it’s his personal commitment to every family who walks through our doors. “I wanted to create a school for my own children. ParagonED is that school, and I’m thrilled you are learning more.”

Flexibility At Our Core
We built ParagonED intentionally for families who want a hands-on approach to their child’s education. Our InterlacED learning approach is completely unique, designed to actually flex with your student’s needs and extracurricular activities.
Whether your child is a competitive athlete, a budding performer, or your family values travel and real-world experiences, we adapt to you.
Transparency for Parents
While many schools are locking down campuses and limiting parental visibility, we’re doing the opposite. At ParagonED, parents can see everything:
- Log into digital content and see exactly what your child is learning
- Review reading materials + project options
- Track progress on current projects
- Volunteer on campus (after a background check), we encourage it!
Real Life Preparation
Our InterlacED curriculum approach combines critical, core content areas like Math, English, Science, History with:
- Critical Life Skills – practical abilities they’ll use forever
- Business Experience – real entrepreneurial learning
- Kingdom Values – character development and ethical leadership
Our Goal is to Develop
